We’re a small, family owned business based in the U.S., and we work hard to make sure every order ships quickly and safely. Below you’ll find all the details about processing, delivery times, and tracking.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and another email with tracking information once it ships.

If we’re experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take an extra day or two - but we’ll always do our best to get your dancing cactus out the door as fast as possible.

Shipping Times

We ship all U.S. orders via USPS First Class or Priority Mail, depending on your location and package size.
Typical delivery times, which can't be guaranteed, are:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-4 business days

  • Priority Shipping: 2-3 business days

You’ll receive tracking details via email as soon as your order ships.

At this time, we only ship within the United States.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and location unless otherwise stated in a promotion.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been handed off to USPS, it’s in their hands - but we’ll always try to help you track it down.
If your package hasn’t arrived within 10 business days of shipping, please contact us at support@theoriginaldancingcactus.com and include your order number so we can assist you.

Wrong or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please reach out within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo or short video of the issue. We’ll do our best to make it right with a replacement or refund.

Address Errors

Please double check your shipping address before completing your purchase. We can’t guarantee address changes after an order has been processed. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping fees may apply.

Safety Reminder

Our toys are designed for fun, interactive play - not as teething or sleep aids.
Always supervise children during use and keep the toy away from water. The battery compartment should remain securely fastened at all times. The toy should be turned off in between uses.
