Refunds & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with The Original Dancing Cactus!
We’re a small, family owned business, and we want you to feel confident when ordering from us. Every order is handled with care, and our goal is to make sure you and your little one are smiling from ear to ear when your dancing cactus arrives.

If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to fix it - just read below for the details.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Because this is an electronic toy designed for children, we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened or used for hygiene and safety reasons.

If your cactus arrives damaged, defective, or not working properly, please contact us right away at support@theoriginaldancingcactus.com with your order number and a short video or photo of the issue. In most cases, we’ll send a free replacement immediately.

Items sent back to us without getting a return or refund approved first via email will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return (if applicable), we’ll notify you that we’ve received your item and let you know whether your refund was approved.
Approved refunds are processed back to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

Exchanges

If your product is defective or damaged upon arrival, we’ll happily replace it at no cost to you. Just reach out to support@theoriginaldancingcactus.com within 7 days of delivery and include photos or a short video for faster processing.

Non Returnable Or Exchangeable Items

  • Used, opened, or damaged items not caused by shipping or manufacturer defect

  • Items purchased during clearance or sale events

  • Gift cards

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent. We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning your order.

Safety Notice

The Original Dancing Cactus is designed for fun, interactive play, but it should always be used under adult supervision.
This toy contains electronic components and is not intended for teething, sleep, or unsupervised use.
Please keep the toy away from water and ensure the battery compartment remains securely closed at all times. The dancing cactus should always be turned off in between uses.
